This book by Suzanne Silver experiments with meaning in non-narrative content. It was hand-printed letterpress from photo-polymer plates on glassine and is hand-bound into a dos-à-dos painted vinyl structure wrapped in a clear polyester enclosure. Blind embossed, die cut, white-on-white and black-on-black pages can be read recto verso and verso recto, opening and closing in numerous layers to investigate the physical act of “reading” as the cumulative effect of superimposed texts & images. Edition of 40, numbered & signed, $200 (limited offer).
